The range of products from Halbro are made only from the best materials, using the strongest sewing threads and tapes, with all materials used pre-shrunk and colour fast. Below is an overview of the features some of our products have available.
Collars
All of our products are designed with a standard white collar unless otherwise stated or requested. Collar designs include the following:

Traditional
A traditional rugby collar which is made from fully shrunk cotton drill. A range of colours are available upon request

Grandad
Also made from fully shrunk cotton drill the Granddad collar is available in the traditional white along with a selection of colours.

Taped
Simplicity best describes this neck line. Created with a double row of cotton webbing tapes.

Kiwi
– The Kiwi rib neckline is available in one or two colour combinations.
Fronts

Standard Front
Constructed with a 4 tape continuous loop. Heavy weight jerseys have an anchor box for added strength.

Aussie Front
Made from one strong knitted tape with a single button through front.
Sleeves
Comfort, style and performance are the key strengths we tailor to all our garments and the selection of sportswear tops from Halbro are available in three standard lengths – short, three quarter and full length. The cuffs on all long sleeve jerseys are also seamless for strength and have Lycra inlaid so they retain their shape.

Embroidery and Printing
At Halbro we can embroider on most parts of a top, primarily the left and right breast, but also the collar, the front tape, the sleeve and back of the neck. We also have the machinery to embroider right across the chest.
But additional to the traditional embroidery service Halbro offer, using our own manufacturing facilities and the developments into digital printing, we have a range of garments where we can incorporate anything into the design of your team wear including sponsorship logos, club badges, names, and numbers. Simply speak to the sales office for more information.

C.A.D CUT LETTERING
Halbro offer a full service of attaching sponsor names and logos onto any part of a garment. The vinyl material used is of a high quality, and once fused into garments by the pneumatic heat press machine, creates a permanent feature. Just send the artwork and we will do the rest. A small artwork cost will be applicable

G Print
This heat applied prints allows full colour with intricate detailed badges and logos to be applied, whilst remaining extremely durable. This represents the ultimate in transfer technology.

In a highly competitive market place, we understand it is important for schools to maintain their brand values and that includes how you are represented on the sports field. Fabrics
As sports are played at different levels, under different conditions and in different climates, Halbro know that not one fabric or style of top would satisfy all needs. That is why we offer a wide range of materials, from an Italian acrylic through to printable polyester. With our own manufacturing facility Halbro are continually developing high performance materials, with comfort and style in mind.

Haltex 3
Performance with strength.
Fabric made from an Italian acyrilic yarn manufacturered exclusively for Halbro. It is a performance fabric that is as soft as cotton but has all the advantages of a man-made fibre.
It is 5% stronger than standard acrylic fabric. Hatex is colour fast, shrink resistant and is offered in 3 weights shown on the right hand side.Weights

Polyester/Cotton
Performace with a mix of natural fibre.
This 50/50 mix offers all the qualities of a cotton jersey with the added strength and washing properties of polyester. This is the preferred fabric of players in the Southern Hemisphere. Lightweight, Comfortable, yet extremely strong and hard wearing.

Polytex
Performace with Strength.
100% Eyelet Polyester, Poltex is a moisture absorption management fabric that will absorb sweat from the skin on the outer surface of the jersey, allowing the wearer to feel more comfortable, cooler and drier. It is printed by sublimation, making it totally colourfast and shrink resistant. Has excellent easy care laundering
